XV International Cat Show – 16 & 17 November 2013

on :Sat 16th November : 12.00pm – 12.30pm
Sunday check in from 10.30am – 11.00am

Official Show times Sat: 1pm – 6pm , Sun: 11.30- 17.00 (judging)
Sunday Lunch Break: 1.30pm – 2pm
Saturday pm – Meet the Breeds.

In consideration to visitors, no cats may be removed from the show hall before the end of the advertised show hours without the show manager’s permission. Judging will go on as long as needed.

The club will provide cages size: 75cm x 55cm x 60cm at an extra charge. Owners may supply their own cage. Requests for benching preferences should be submitted with entry, these cannot be guaranteed, due to space restrictions and number of cats benched by exhibitors, however every effort will be made. Please bag your rubbish. Exhibitors should bring their own litter trays, litter, water, garbage bag & cat food.

Health Requirements
Cats showing signs of illness, mites, fleas or fungal infection will not be permitted to the show hall. All cats should be in date for vaccinations with Feline Enteritis and Cat Flu – records should be produced at check in. Cats from household where there has been an infectious disease or fungal infection within 21 days of the first day of the show are ineligible for entry. Any cat obviously pregnant or lactating will be disqualified. All claws front and back must be clipped.

The nearest airport is LUQA – MALTA.
The club can offer local transport / Hotel Bookings for overseas exhibitors .

Allocation with exhibitor’s pass in special area at venue.

Quarantine / Health:
All Cats / Kittens entered must be compliant with current quarantine regulations in force by the Department for Veterinary services ( Malta) .
Sick or pregnant cats will not be allowed to enter the show hall.

Europe South Regional Fund:
Donations are gratefully accepted.

Show Rules:
TICA Show Rules will be strictly enforced. By entering all exhibitors agree to abide by the decisions of the judges and show committee. Official Show rules can be obtained for $7.00 from TICA, PO Box 2684, Harlingen, TX 78551 or from www.tica.org

Kittens entered in the show must be at least 4 calendar months, but less than 8 months of age on the day of the show. Must be born on or before 16th July 2013

Household pets:
HHPs over 8 months of age must be spayed / neutered + fully vaccinated. Send photo if unsure of colour.. Neuter / Spay certificate must be presented.

With the exception of Korats and New Breeds, registration with TICA is not necessary to compete for a cat’s first show, but is required before 2nd show for confirmation of titles and scoring for TICA Regional and International awards. Please attach copy of pedigree for non TICA reg cats.

Liability Statement:
Malta Cat Club, show hall management, judges , sponsors or helpers will not be held liable for injury, loss or damage to cats, exhibitors or property of exhibitors or vendors, or or other such persons or property in attendance.
